This is a remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3231452 to fit in the Prusa Mini. Also I added a label holder in the front of the top part and removed the alignment tabs from the top box to make it more “aesthetically correct”. In addition, I modified the capsule exit sides to keep the capsules from falling out (I did this after printing, so that's why the photos are inaccurate).
If you print the TOP and OUTSIDE parts, it will fit more than 16 capsules, but you can increase the capacity by printing the MIDDLE part and stacking it in the middle of the other two. You can add as many extenders as you want, the sky is the limit.
You have to glue the front and back of the bottom and top boxes together. You can also glue the top to the bottom box if you want, but it's not necessary. Just use a couple of drops of cyanoacrylate, not like I did (don't judge me).

Using the “Supporting Dense Layer” on SuperSlicer, you can print it with 0% infill to save time and material. Otherwise, using PrusaSlicer you should add at least 10% infill.
I published the CAD model in OnShape. Feel free to copy and export it, but always remember to mention the original author. If you have suggestions for improvements or modifications, please let me know in the comments and I will be happy to do it for you.
