Designing:
I wrote a generic sketch with dimensions on a piece of paper. The dimensions were obtained by averaging all of my mini figurines.
Software:
I used Blender and the CAD Sketcher add-on. I also used the website "https://imagy.app/resize-image-to-500kb" to resize the images to the required size for uploading.
