This is a nifty pump for pumping just about any fluid. I use it specifically for pumping oil into differentials in my jeep. This is much faster than squeezing a bottle with a hose attached!
BOM:
4x 806-2rs bearing
1x 5/16"x 7/16" o-ring.
12 M3x12 socket head screw
100mm+ 8mm shaft (This is the minimum length.. input shaft can be as long as you like)
64mm 8mm shaft
3x4x5mm brass inserts
2x m3 set-screws
¼ NPT fittings. (I used fittings for pneumatics, but you can use whatever you like)
¼ NPT tap.
Print Instructions:
.4 nozzle
6walls
25% infill
7 top layers
7 botton layers
GASKET ONLY:
Print in TPU! (IF you dont have any i'm sure you can get away with just using some sealant or something. You still need to print the gasket to get the spacing correct)
ASSEMBLY:
Assembly is pretty straight forward. I bought a 400mm shaft and cut it down to the correct sizes. For the 100mm+ input shaft, you need to grind two “flats” on the shaft to allow the screws to run into. I just sort of estimated where to grind those flats.
Use the 1/4
