I needed to guide my dropper post Cable away from the suspension on my bike. It is designed around a 34.8mm diameter tube but with some gentle heat could adapt up or down.

As you can see there are two versions, the 2nd version takes inspiration from the Prusa Mk3 with integrated cable tie routing
