2020, 2040, 4040 mounted REVO nozzle holder

This is a REVO nozzle holder designed to mount to 2020, 2040, & 4040 extrusion with 2 - M4 x 10mm screws with t-nuts. These are loose fit designed for easy removal. There are also three versions. The first is a blank printed one with the intent to print a separate nameplate with either vertical or horizontal font.  The next two are straight prints with the choice of vertical or horizontal font.  

P.S. It Works best with regular PLA as the silk versions liked to crack.
