UPDATED:
1) Left more room on Insert 2 for the internal magnets.
2) Added Kreg HD Jig Hold Down(HD_Holder2.stl)
I didn't like how my Kreg K5 parts rattled in the wing storage cases so I created some magnetized holders to keep things more secure. I also added locations for the Kreg HD driver and drill to keep everything together.
NOTE: The drill bit holder (Insert_2_UPDATE.stl only) was designed to have the magnets embedded inside the print in order to protect the drill edges. You will need to alter the G-code to pause your printer and manually insert the magnets and resume printing. I did this at two different heights and it worked pretty good. I've updated the files to have more room for the selected magnets.
I got the idea for embedding the magnets here: http://the3dprintingnerd.com/2019/02/24/embedding-magnets-when-3d-printing-by-flipping-normals-thanks-to-makers-muse/
For information on pausing your G-code (works on Prusa I3 Mk3):

Magnets I used: 10mm x 3mm

Post-Printing
NOTE: This is my model and original design, as is the same posting on Thingiverse, however, Thingiverse has not been able to help me reset my account after multiple attempts so I am importing everything manually to Printables.
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
