Please inform yourself a little bit about candlemakeing with 3D prints first to avoid mishaps.
There are at least 2 good videos on youtube that teach you the most important stuff.

Do NOT use PLA!
The mold will deform from the heat and probably break from trying to get the candle out.

PETG is also not ideal.

I had good results with using a flexible filament

  • much better heat resistence
  • easy to get the candle out of the mold

A small drill (maybe a pionty stick will do too), is needed to make a hole into the head and the hat.
The bottom plate of the hat was just spillt on a flat surface (I recommend to use backing paper to get it easily off) and then cut.

the parts are lined up on the wick, they hold good enough if the wick is soakd in wax but it is not the most stable construction.

The L and R part are symetrical so you might aswell just mirror it instead of downloading both.

For the head molds, I used them both at the same time. When the wax was solid enough (hard to tell) I cut off any over standing wax witha scalpel or exacto knife, then poured more wax in both molds (since wax tends to shrink when cooling there should be a bsin) and then pressed the two halfes together.

For the Body I fixed a wick on a piece of card board and taped it with painter tape (the paper-ish stuff) to the molds. also sealed the the two halfs together with the tape (I also neneded to wind the tape around the moulds to keep them together)
