I know there are already a hundred of these on Thingiverse... But when I had the need of a bracket to stack IKEA Lack Tables on top of each other, I was dissatisfied with the options I found, even those that had the same goal (be minimal and require no fasteners). They mostly had one or more of these problems:
-- Use too much material
-- Require supports to print
-- Don't account for the slight inset of the legs relative to the table surface
This will print quickly with no supports (upside down) and then hold very securely once assembled. Make sure your slicer is smart enough to do bridging at 45 degree angles to the part when it gets to the interior "shelves" to hold the legs in place.
Still think this version isn't quite perfect for you, either, or want to add additional height? Fork it on Onshape here: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/3ae0b7691b6d23cb46cdf753/w/2c79523fe151a88177cea16a/e/c2ecb4087f190b9f1db4a55e

Wall thicknesses are optimized for 0.4mm nozzle.
If your print bed generally holds PLA securely, this should print fine with no extra fuss, but you may consider adding a Brim and/or glue if you have trouble with it staying stuck down on such a thin bottom surface.
