This card prints altogether. The hinge has about 0.5mm clearance and works nicely.
The LED and battery are held in place with a built-in spring design.
The LEDs come pre-soldered with a resistor built-in from Amazon. Place the gold wire on the (+) side of the battery. The wires are a bit too long, so I cut them and sanded off 1" of the insulation. Then, curled each end in a circle, placed the wires on top and bottom of the battery and slipped the assembly in the recess under the spring with the LED in the back of the candle flame.
Yes, I know the correct Roman Numbers for 13 are XIII. Just want to see if Charlie picks up on that.
There is an inside pocket for a check, cash, trading card ….
There is a 0.4 mm support printed for the spring, which can be easily ripped off.
I will publish a generic Happy Birthday card that you might use by adding a greeting and signature with a felt tip pen.
The front is my attempt to depict a birthday cake, icing, and lighted candle. Oh well.
If you want a card with different lettering, I will change the age, “to” and “from” names to the first and 5th person who sends me a request with the desired data and publish the designs. No charge.
