The frame at the beginning of the case at the left side was broken, but all electric cables was still intact.
The headset couldn't be used anymore, there was no pressure on the left side.
With this case it will work fine.
The screw tread are made by the screws itself. Add all screws in case before mounting the cover to make the threads before final assembly.
