Flex - Minimal Business Card Holder

Idea

My own design - I wanted something that was incredibly simple, easy to print, and used very little material that was capable of keeping a set of business cards together securely. However, I also wanted them to be easily released such that they could be handed out.

Hence - Flex!

Description

Flex is a simple business card holder for up to 15 UK-style cards (ea. 0.4mm thickness, 85 x 55mm).

Cards can be loaded into it by flexing back the long side, which opens the design to accept the cards (see photos). This then springs back into position, holding all the cards together!

Printing

This design can be printed using the attached gcode file. Alternatively, the 3mf can be used.

I was able to print this without any support, due to the very small overhangs. Depending on your material and setup, you may want to enable them!
