Alternate 40 degree prusa mk3 fan duct / shroud for better, more even part cooling

This fan duct directs air in front of and behind the nozzle with three separate air streams for more even cooling and better overhangs on all sides of the nozzle. Works well for me between 20 and 40% fan speed for most models. My overhangs are much better with this duct than with the stock mk3 40 degree nozzle.

Print instructions

Print upright with a thick brim and supports from build plate only. The model should import to your slicer with the correct orientation.
