Business card case and holder, print-in-place.

This is business card case and holder. Printing is easy because of the print-in-place model 
If opened at the suitable angle, it becomes a showcase.

It works with most business cards from all around the world. Inner size is about 53mm x 93mm. 

business card sizes are:

• Japanese: 91 x 55 mm
• Euro and US. 89 x 51 mm
• Euro 85 x 55 mm
• Eastern Europe 90 x 50 mm
• Northern Europe 90 x 55 mm

Three kind of models:

• business-cardcase-smooth:  Smooth surface business card case with hook and notch.
• business-cardcase-RMW: Business card case with grooved surface.
• business-cardcase-Name: A business card case with a name on the surface. This model has a STEP file, which can be renamed in CAD.
• business-cardcase-bag01: Smooth-surfaced business card case with handle.
• business-cardcase-bag01-Name: A business card case with handle and a name on the surface. This model has a STEP file, which can be renamed in CAD.
• business-cardcase-bag02: A grooved surface business card case with handle, looks like a RIM.W. bag.

Print Settings: 

• Material: PLA, PETG
• Layer height: 0.20mm (We have not tested the height of the other layers. I do not know if the hinge gap is appropriate for other layer heights.)
• Supports: no supports for without handle (-smooth, -RMW, Name), 
                    support on build plate only for with handle (bag01, bag01-Name, bag02)

Typical amount of filament and printing time: 

• For without handle models, It uses only 27 g of filament and can be printed in 1h30m for 0.2mm layer height.

Note:
After printing, carefully bend the hinge. Once bent, the hinge will move smoothly.
The "2colors" in the name print file is for 2-color printing.
