I hate when wires get all tangled and kinked, and the stainless steel braided thermometers are especially bad.
This model is for Trager style 3.5mm jack thermometer probes that have a silicone sock around the top of the probe. Holds the probe with a little compression, and there are multiple holes around the top to insert the 3.5mm jack (probe leads of different lengths should all fit.
