It's a shame the V1 isn't still available, It would be nice to have one that clips together.

@GreenCopper do you have either step files or fusion 360 files? I would like to hollow out a cavity on the inside of one piece to hide a gift
@AlexV_1556856 I have neither but I can try to make it with a cavity if you give me more information on how to do it.
I really like this model. Easy to print, fun to assemble and beautiful to look at. Perfect for bird lovers! Thank you.

Very cute bird, really a nice piece of artwork with harmonic and very clean surfaces. I printed a 50% and 100% version on my Bambulab X1C with Bambulab PLA Basic with only some brim for safe plate attachment.
They are really an eyecatcher as they sit together...
Some notes:
Because of missing gray filament I used black PLA instead which also turns out fine. The upper "head front" is a little critical to print because thats the lowest object area with slight overhangs which I couldnt optimize yet - even with support structures.
There is also a slight gap between red and white objects in the area right behind the eyes if you dont "press" them tightly together.
Proposed optimizations:
- Link the beak & 2 eyes with a thin "1-layer filament hinge" for easy print & assembly
- Add latches to snap the parts together w/o glue (space inside the body is available)...
- Add a small support fin to the critical upper head area of the black/grey part
All-in-all a very nice birdy, I will print some more in other colors as well!

As soon as I saw this, I knew I had to try it!
I was confused initially as there was no V3 version of the body or the eyes and beak, but don't worry the V2 body and eyes and beak are fine for fitting with the V3 face and wings/tail, I guess they just didn't need any update.
The 48 degree STL of the wings/tail comes out absolutely stunning at my printer's max res of 0.1mm layers, the only snag I had was trying to get the support pattern just right where the head meets the recommended raft, and I ended up with a slight chip missing at the very tip which took a lot of extremely careful sanding to correct rather than reprint.
All Elegoo PLA+ filament, came out with a fantastic light sheen on all parts. The white resin doesn't tend to show the layers very much so I thought I'd try and get away with printing the body at 0.2mm but if you can bear to wait for the print to finish I'd recommend all parts at 0.1mm or 0.12mm including the body because I ended up sanding off the layer changes on the top of the sides of the body for a perfect finish which would have been less necessary at 0.1mm.
Other than those points, I followed the designer's instructions as in the details, and the results are stunning.
V3 needs glueing, and it was entertaining working out which bits to put the glue on, generally the tight fit is at and near the edges of the joints, with a widening gap internally to avoid interference. so keep the glue away from the very edge or there's a risk it could ooze out when you press it together and spoil the lovely finish.
This might seem like a slightly daunting model to print for a newbie like me but once you've got your printer settings dialled in nicely and your first layers are sound and your temperature is right for your filaments, this print just gets on with the job and comes out amazing. A brilliant model, thank you very much :o) It would be unfeasible to print this design in one piece unless using a monster of a printer with all 4 colours available on separate extruders, good luck finding an entry-level machine with THAT available, heheheheh, so joining separately printed parts is a great compromise.

Fun puzzle, printed as deco pieces for granddad's bday party.
Angled body comes out real smooth, no issues on supported bits.
Printed at 0.12 layers, 2 walls and 15% honeycomb infill
Filament used:
Gst3d silver/grey
Jayo pla meta white
Gst3d black
Gst3d red

@NielsPoel_989810 Nice series, the silky grey look good on them
@GreenCopper thanks.
really love that grey, became my default filament. Don't known of it's due to the pla being sugar reed based but it's some pretty strong stuff that holds up great for practical purposes too
