How I Designed This

Freeform (no specific dimensions) mockup in SolidWorks. I used a gap of 0.5 mm to make them an easy slip fit.
This resembles the sleigh from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:198381, which inspired it (not a remake, except as could be done with a small image).
