Numbers from candles

A simple way to write a larger number from a few candles.
Use Roman numerals:
I=1
   IV=4
V=5
   VIII=8
   IX=9
X=10
   XVIII=18
   XXX=30
   XL=40
   XLIX=49
L=50

Intended for cake candles with a diameter of 5mm, 5,3mm, 6mm, 7mm and 8 mm.
