Pegboard Mounting Bracket for AC Infinity CLOUDLAB 642 Grow Tent

This is a mounting bracket to mount a 2' x 4' pegboard to the back poles inside of an AC Infinity CLOUDLAB 642 grow tent.

The pegboard are spaced every 1 inch with a ¼ inch diameter, and ½ inch from the outer holes to the edge of the board.

Although they advertise the poles as being 1" in diameter, they're actually 7/8" (a little over 22mm). The inside diameter of the bracket where it attaches to the pole is 21mm. I designed this to have a tight fit because I want to be able to put a fair amount of weight on the board without it causing the board to slide down the poles. It does take a little muscle to install, and the bracket will need to flex a bit to snap onto the pole. I wouldn't use resin that is very brittle. In my print I used Siraya Tech Build. I have not been able to test this with a FDM printer yet.

There is a slight offset required to make the holes line up perfectly. So. I have added some text to one side of the bracket "Outside Edge". This side of the bracket should face the outside edge of the pegboard when installed.

You will need to print 4 brackets and 16 screws (1 bracket and 4 screws for each corner).

I have only had this installed for about a day, so I can't make any guarantees about the long-term durability of this design.

I used Fusion 360 to create this with adjustable parameters.  If you have any suggestions or recommendations that can improve this, let me know.
