Feel free to size it up or down as you wish

I haven't printed this model yet, but if I printed it, I would use the following settings: 
Print: 0.2mm
Nozzle: 0.4mm
Perimeters: 2
Support: Not required
Brim: Not required
Infill: Not required (but you could use 5-10% for sturdiness)
Fill pattern: Support Cubic

The arrows might have a tight fit - it depends on how well-calibrated your printer is. If it's a bit too tight, sand it down.
