This is an old design I no longer recommend. Instead I suggest this design.
Why is it discontinued?
Here are the main problems with rewinders of any kind:
In the end I gave up on Re-Winders. Buffers are more reliable. And my new buffer is quick and easy to load so I am happy.
Here is the old description for these hanging holders.
I really like CraftCadet's Hanging Universal spool re-winder.
But the arms that hold the filament guide left the end of the filament out in front of the spool. Since I have my MMU2 located about 9 inches below these hanging mounts the PTFE tube would make the filament point out at a weird angle. That caused some problems where the filament would fall off the spools. So I made these new arms to relocate the tube holder to be lower. Now the filament lines up nicely on the spools.
Also I added some hex reliefs so the 3M nuts will get snugged into place and won't come loose over time. This means there is a right and left arm now.
You will need the following items to assemble the full hanger set:
4x Drywall Screws 6X1 1/4"
2x 3M 10mm screws
2x 3M nuts (Nylon lock nuts recommended)
1x 3M 25-30 mm screw
1X PC4-M10 Fittings Male Straight Pneumatic PEFE Tube Push in Quick Fitting
