Creality Ender 3 Z-Screw Guide

A remix of the Ender 3/3 PRO combined Z leadscrew support & filament guide mount by Schtimpy that removes the filament guide mount.

I was happy with the fit and finish of the original design, but after moving the spool holder to the side of the printer I no longer needed the filament holder bracket. I removed the bracket but left the end plug as it's a snug fit and ensures proper alignment with the Z-axis screw.
