If you extrude regular hexagons, you get hexagon prisms.
Figures that consist of 4 hexagon prisms are called tetrahex prisms or stacked tetrahexes.

There are 23 different tetrahex prisms from which you can build many different puzzles.
Here you can download the 23 tetrahex prisms and boxes for 4 different puzzles.

Puzzle 1:
consisting of 19 pieces;
In the Youtube solution video, the Tetrahex prisms with the following numbers are used:
02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 08, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22

Puzzle 2:
consisting of 10 pieces;

03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 11, 12, 17, 19, 20

Puzzle 3:

3D Printing Tips

I printed the puzzle with the following settings:

  • Material: PLA

  • Resolution: 0.2mm

  • Infill: 20%

  • support for some puzzle tiles

  • no raft, no brim
