Is the stand stable?
@The3dCraftsm_2648827 It depends what you mean by "stable". The vertical projection of the center of mass is somewhere inside the foot, so in the physical sense it is stable. But since it's extremely light, you cannot, for example, pick a card without maintaining the tree with the other hand.
@Tifn Ok, got it thank you.😊
@MaxT Thanks !
I love the design and wanted to print on myself.
Unfortunately, two prints have already failed. Approx. 80% print well (up to finishing the three lowest branches), then it fails - the tree seems so move and first time it was pushed from the print bed, second time it started creating spaghetti at that point while the tree was still firmly on the print bed.
I followed the instructions in an earlier post (0.15mm layer height, 25mm/s print speed on all axes. For the second try, I even enlarged the baseplate for better adhesion.
I used a Prusa MK4 with enclosure with some generic brown PLA.
Does anyone have any more tips and settings for me? Maybe a project file (even for other printers) that I can check? Thanks for your suggestions!

Hi,
The model has some small steep overhangs, so maybe insufficient cooling could cause those failures, especially since you have an enclosure. I would try leaving the enclosure open, reducing print speed further, and enabling "z hop" (as called by Cura) as last ressort.
Superbe et tres original merci beaucoup :)
Does this print well? What's settings were you successful with?
@Justin_71142 I printed it without trouble with three perimeters, 0.15mm layer height, no infill, and a slow speed, 20 or 30mm/s or so. I just had a stringing issue but I believe my pla and my printer were are the cause. And some of the most extreme overhangs aren't perfect but it's acceptable.
I had a failure before that with a first version whose branches were too thin, and the leaves were weakly attached, but the final model printed well. I didn't use z-hop, but I think it could be worth trying if the print fails
@Tifn Thank you!
Respect👍👌
@HAPPY_MAN_435762 thanks !
