The Nerf Jolt is one of my favorite blasters because of its compactness, cost, and reliability. One of the only things I don't like about it is it is not very accurate. This model allows you to simply clip a barrel onto the blaster and fire. The barrel folds back for loading purposes and the hinge is a single longer nerf screw.

ASSEMBLY AND OPERATION:

  • first take your 2 3D printed parts and the screw and put the screw into the part with the T-MAN logo, put the barrel part's hinge between the two tabs on the T-MAN part.
-Screw the screw in loosley, CAREFUL!!! you can break the 3D printed parts!!!!
-Try rotating the barrel upward. If it doesn't swing try loosening the screw slightly.
-Clip the assembled mass onto the top of the barrel of the jolt.
  • make sure barrel is up. load dart
    -swing barrel down
-And you are done!!! have fun with this mod!!!

If enough people use it I may publish the STL files so people with smaller printers can use this. also please let me know what you think in the comments
