Voron V0.2 Mini StealBurner Orbiter 2.0

I modified the new mini stealth burner to work with the orbiter 2.0 as well as all the released tool head mounts to work with the changes I made. One of the heat set inserts is really close to the wall of the hotend adapter so i added a small amount of material to make it work. its not great but I cant add anymore or it will interfere with the mounting bolt. After the heatset is pressed in while plastic is still warm just make sure the outer wall where that insert goes in is smoothed out.
