Business Card Turbine

Markus' Tornado Business Card Holder got my mind swirling with thoughts of spinning turbine blades. This turbine holds 24 cards and will add a little pizazz to your next trade show booth, especially if you set it up in front of a fan to make it go. Prints and assembles easily. 

Note I've also included an auxiliary card storage tray because, really, who wants people plucking out your turbine blades.

This model is for US business cards (2" x 3.5") but should be easily scalable for other sizes.

Printing
All parts print in the orientation shown without supports. I printed this in PLA with 0.2mm layers.

Assembly
The cone simply presses into the center of the turbine. The turbine then just slides over the shaft on the stand and is held in place by the little lip on the end of the shaft. Just lift back up and slide off to disassemble. The individual business cards are flexed slightly as they are inserted into the turbine slots so that they stay in place.
