Chamberlain MyQ hub flat backplate

 This is for the newer chamberlain myq hub (MYQ-G0401-ES)

I wanted to be able to velcro mount or use command strips to mount my Chamberlain myQ hub on the wall rather than drill, so i created this backplate that fits with the stock mount. 

Note this does not replace the mount that is included in the box, this is an addition to that to make it flat.  I put double sided tape in between the existing mount and printed plate to hold them together, and it was quite secure. 

It also has extended radius to cover up the existing holes in my wall from previously mounting a Genie wifi garage opener. It can cover 110mm radius. The flat plate should accommodate the existing screws as well so can be used just to cover up old holes if needed.
