This protects the teeth and provides a way to hang a 1/8" or 3/32" width, 10" or 12" diameter saw blade.

Designed to be printed at .2mm layer height. Requires build plate support except for hookA, which requires support everywhere.

12" blade - print 14 copies of bladeguardA and bladeguardB. Requires 16 m3*10 machine screws and nuts.

10" blade - print 11 copies of bladeguardA and bladeguardB and 1 copy of bladeguardA_small and bladeguardB_small or 12 copies of bladeguardA and bladeguardB (for a looser fit). Requires 14 m3*10 machine screws and nuts.

The two bladeguard halves should slide into each other quite easily, they are held in place by the m3 screws. Consider using a drop of threadlocker or nylock nuts.

To use, lay the blade on a slightly raised surface (I'm using a sanding block), wrap the blade guard around the blade, then slot together the two halves of the hook and spin the latch 90 degrees to lock it in place.
