Acura Console Latch (83417TX4A01)

Our Acura RDX center console latch snapped (Part number: 83417TX4A01) and after seeing the Amazon replacement would be $15 (listing) I thought it would be a great opportunity to try CAD modeling 🎉 30 minutes and $0.30 of PLA later and our console is functioning again!

Suggested Print Settings

• Printed on the Bambu X1 Carbon, 40 minutes, 17g PLA
• 0.2mm layer height
• Infill Gyroid 25%, 3 perimeters
• Tree support

The full 3D model was made and is available here via OnShape, there are likely some tweaks that can be made to make it more robust or similar to the OEM part and I heavily encourage folks to improve it and share those as remixes 🙇
