Just print out both parts. Due to the modeled thread you can connect the two parts. If needed use a little rubber to get everything sealed. Put on a hose, and a tobacco bowl with coconut coal on top of it and start smoking. Be aware to use a suitable type of filament.

Be aware to use food safe filament. And either if you use it i wouldn't recommend smoking it - you never know what toxic things you're inhaling when doing it.
