This is a set of organizers for Rallyman DIRT. It holds the base game with all expansions, including the stretch goals of the latest Rallyman DIRT Kickstarter campaign.
Since there is so much stuff inside the box, I wasn't able to design the organizers in a way that allows to completely fit inside the game box. So, when all components are put back in and the lid is put on top, the box is about 2-3 cm higher than without the organizers. However, all components will stay where they are, no matter in which orientation the box is stored.
Instead of box inserts I went for separate organizer elements (most of them closable) which I tried to design in a way that keeps everything safe and in order. At the same they should help decrease setup time.
For example, I think it's much more convenient to hand each player a box containing all player pieces so that they can take out just what they need instead of passing them zip lock bags which they have to empty on the table, find the necessary pieces and then put the rest back into the bag.
[I also designed a set of organizers for Rallyman GT. It can be found here.]
Here are the main components:
All boxes come with a lid that locks into place. To open a box, push the lid with your thumbs in the direction indicated by the “arrows” on the edges.

Each hex holder can take 20 hex tiles, which means they can hold all but 1 tile (which is the one that can be seen on the cover image). If you put the tiles in the holders in an ascending order, the numbers on the side indicate where to find which tile.
The large square shaped box holds the seconds / focus tokens. They sit separate carriers in stacks of 8, 6 stacks per carrier.

If you look closely, you can see gaps between the carriers around their center regions. You can easily lift a carrier from the box by grabing it there the thumb and index finger.

Unfortunately not all tokens fit into this box. If I counted right, there are 26 left overs. Just leave them out or put them in a zip lock bag and store them in one of the smaller cavities between the hex holders (see below).
There are 2 boxes for cards and dice. The larger one holds all gear cards with values 1 to 6 plus the classic variants. Varying bottom heights in the different card trays allow easy removal of the card stacks. The smaller box holds the remaing “0” gear cards and all dice (6x gear + 5x coast + 5x leader + 5x break + 3x boost = 24 dice). When all dice are inside, there is still enough room to put in the round marker as well. The symbols in the lids indicate where to put everything.
The bridge and arch standees go into the bridge compartment.

Each player box holds all cards for one player. There are two lid variants. Depending on which orientation you like to put the cards into the box (logo next to the top or logo next to the bottom), choose the lid with the correct “logo window”.
There are coutouts on the sides to easily lift the cards up.

Below the cards you can find all other player components.

There should be enough space to allow picking up the tokens with your fingers. To get out cars, push down on their engine hood, lifting up their rear end.

The last three boxes contain all additional tokens for track modification, weather, etc. as well as the tokens used for dashboard customizations. Again, there should be enough space to get them out using your fingers.

Follow this simple guide and everything should fit in:
Bottom layer: Put in all token boxes as well as the customizable dashboards (in stacks of 3). Put a spacer underneath each stack to get them at the same height as the boxesUse the spacer. You can find the model for the spacers in the file section.

Middle layer: The bridge compartment goes to the bottom wall, the two boxes for cards and dice go in the middle, touching the compartment. Then, put two hex holders next to them on both sides. Near the top wall there should be wough space for the damage token bag. If you want to keep the left over senconds token in the box, put them in any of the empty cavities.

Top layer: Put the large seconds / focus token box in the center and arrange the player boxes around them.
(The damned single hex tile, that didn't fit in the hex holders, can go on top of the token box.)

Put the rules booklets on top, put the lid on the box and you are done. Notice, that the box has gained a few centimeters in height (and many grams weight).

I mainly print with Prusament PLA (at 215°C), DasFilament PLA (at 200°C) or Polyterra PLA (at 190°C) using the standard Prusament PLA profile in PrusaSlicer. The lids of the organizer boxes click into place to keep the boxes shut. Your printer should be well calibrated, otherwise this might not work properly. Be sure to print the test model before printing anything else. Check, if the gear marker and the Danger counter fit into the corresponding recesses. Also test, if the lock-in mechanism has a nice click and keeps the lid in position.
If you have a hard time sliding the lid into the grooves and/or you need a lot of force to open or close the lid, either try sanding the edges of the lid a little or slightly decrease the size of the model by setting the x/y compensation to -0.2 mm or so. If the lid is too loose set the x/y conpensation value to about +0.2.
I printed everything with a MK3S but all components will also fit on a Mini
Please let me know what you think. Also, do feel free to drop me a message, if you have problems with printing these or if you have ideas for add-ons or for how to improve the designs.
All my models are free and may be used and shared by everyone. I put a lot of time in my designs to get everything right and I hope the result shows. So, if you like my stuff, consider supporting me here: paypal.me/schnelge.
