Aon M2 Original Brush Holder Custom

This item is modelled to be printed out of PEEK or PEKK sliced with Cura. As such it is modelled with a physical brim and a draft shield as there is a glitch in Cura when using rafts and draft shields and the Brim is made to do a two layer brim to provide more strength and reduce warping. Obviously you don't need to have brim or draft shield active in your print settings. Modelled to be support free.

I've included the STEP file so if you want to modify, please do. 

I printed using a 0.6 nozzle also so everything is sized to that, alter draft shield thickness if you use smaller for example.

I won't include a print file as printing in high temp materials is very much a combination of machine and material so what works for me, may not work for you.

Tap the small holes M3 so you can screw the M3 screw in to hold the brush.
