This is TD6 upgrade for TwoTrees SP-5 V1.1 (previously Sapphire Plus).

It uses stock head mount.

Two small hole on extruder mount is for USB-ADXL345 made by TriangleLab.

If you planning to use TUN(TriangleLab Unity Nozzle), due to its shorter length than normal configuration(Matrix heatbreak+V6 nozzle), you cannot use it.

 

Important note

Lead screw will be bumping into part cooling duct.

I cut stock lead screw(390mm) about 10~13mm with hacksaw.

(Update : I changed them with 380mm lead screws those I bought on Aliexpress.)

Alternatively, you could limit printer to avoid bumping.

 

BOM (I suggest you have extra fasteners.)

1 x TD6 hotend set

1 x TBG-Lite (exclude if you want to use other extruder) / Orbiter 2.0

1 x 2m CHC heater cable

1 x 2m CHC thermistor cable

1 x 40mm axial fan (Cable may need to be extended.)

2 x 40mm blower (Can be stripped from stock toolhead)

2 x M3x8 Button head screw (TBG-LITE mount)

2 x M3x10 Button head screw (TBG-LITE mount)

4 x M3x12 Button head screw (40mm axial fan)

4 x M3x25 Button head screw (Front mount and back mount)

4 x M2x6 Socket head screw (6 if you want to attach USB-ADXL345)

4 x M2x12 Socket head screw

2 x M2.5x8 Socket head screw

4 x M3x12 Socket head screw

8 x M3x5x4 Brass heat set inserts (10 if you go with Orbiter 2.0)

 

Print setting

You should use PETG at least.

4 perimeter(wall) and 5 top/bottom layer, 40% infill
