1/11/23: Fixed BLTouch mount offset on BLT bracket, it was too high.
I designed these brackets to mount the E3D Revo Hemera XS to my Ender 3 V2. This will fit other Creality machines that use the same hot end carriage as the Ender 3 V2. This mount keeps full X axis build volume but you do lose a little bit on Y. This bracket also allows for the factory X homing switch to be used in the original location.
There's two versions - one with and one without a BLTouch mount. I printed this in PETG with 3 walls, 25% infill and 50% setting on adaptive layer heights in Prusa Slicer.
This requires 2x M3 heat-set inserts, 4x M3x8 flat head screws and 3x M3x8 button head screw for mounting the extruder. For mounting the BLTouch you'll need two more M3 bolts along with appropriate nuts and washers. You will need to remove the innermost bolt holding the right hand Z slide so you can insert an allen wrench through the hole to install one of the bolts, or just remove the carriage from the 2020 rail.
This mount works perfectly with my remixed 5015 blower part cooling fan for the Revo Hemera XS: https://www.printables.com/model/353359-hemera-revo-xs-duct-for-5015-blower
Nozzle offset from the zero point of the stock nozzle: -10.56mm on Y, -9mm on X, 0 on Z.
BLTouch offset from the Revo nozzle is -35.5mm on X. Y is the same. Z i9s -2mm (there will be some slop in mounting the extruder motor so your Z offset may vary slightly). I've also attached an image with the offsets looking up at the extruder from the build plate. The top of the image is the front of the printer.
I've includes the STEP files as well as Inventor IPT files so you can modify/remix as you need.
