Compact Satsana for Ender 5, Spider v3, direct drive back plate, BLTouch, 5015 part fan

I needed to remix a Satsana to fit my Ender 5 with the direct drive adapter kit and a Creality Spider v3 installed. None of the previous shrouds fit my set up just right. I removed a good amount of material to make it slightly lighter and angled the fan down to focus airflow more accurately on hot end. 

I printed with minimal painted on supports as shown in the picture.
