When I couldn't find a decent cat hole to give our cats a way to get to their food without the dogs bothering them, I designed one. This hole assumes a wall thickness of roughly 4.5" and extends beyond the wall 0.75" on each side (1.5" total) to account for the cat borders on both sides of the wall. You'll want to measure the thickness of your wall and make sure it matches those measurements. If they don't, it's fairly simple to make a hollowed out cylinder in your favorite modeling software. The cylinder will need to be 203mm in diameter to fit the cat border. The borders should just press fit onto the tunnel but some glue will help them stay if there's any play.
