Your last spool - Prusament Spool to Refill Adaptor (Masterspool)

Whats even better than upcycling? Not creating waste in the first place.

This turns your Prusament-Spool into a Refill-one.

Other Refill-Spools are either too weak or take a lot of Filament to print. This model provides a sturdy refill-spool using just under 100g of Filament.

Now all that is missing is for Prusa to release their great Filament in a refill-version ;)

Compatible with Refills with inner diameter of 100mm and width 47mm (eg. Das Filament). If you need other sizes, just write me a short DM.

Print & assembly

Print "last-spool-main" once, "last-spool-secondary" twice. "label-holder" is optional

Apply a small amount of Glue to secondary elements and press fit them into the spool. Screw main-element in.

Press-fit label holder into spool - done!

Note: Don't try to pull out the zip-Ties. Just cut them really close to the spool (as shown with the red filament)
