Earsaver for flexible TPU

A simple earsaver design meant for use with TPU. 3MF file includes setup that works well on MK3S with Sainsmart TPU.

Super clean print of the SV06

The earsavers work, and you can print the longer versions on smaller beds by rotating it so it's printed diagonally. Indispensable for any long use of masks. This is a great first TPU print.

I've been using these for a good while, they make my masks much more comfortable.
I've printed a bunch but they last a long time.

Printed using Eryone TPU.

Printed in black TPU. Worked great for a flight. The print seems really strong and there was no deformation after using it for 8 hours straight.

They worked pretty great! The only thing is, they're a bit difficult to put on the masks, but otherwise great design.

Good design, surprisingly strong even with 95A shore hardness TPU. I also increased the thickness 1mm and printed that to test, and it still retains flexibility and seems to add a bit of strength since some of the N95 masks I use are REALLY tight around the ears.

Works exactly as I needed! Nice design!

Works well, was concerned about the tabs being too weak but they are fine. Thanks!

Excellent. The print profile included with the ear saver works great!

Glad that worked for you. I think I just tweaked the Sainsmart TPU profile that comes with PrusaSlicer.

I printed the larger size in a TPU. I like the shape and print quality, but I do NOT believe this print or its tabs would be strong enough to hold the softest or loosest of elastic straps. Either the thickness of the TPU print is too thin, or TPU is not ideal for this use.
