aluminum profile wheel

To build roll trolleys for boxes I have designed these wheels.

I designed it for 3030 aluminum profiles.

But you are also welcome to customize it with the help of the enclosed step file.

To build it you need:

• one M8x30 imbus screw
• one M8 nut
• two M6 countersunk head screw (I used 16 mm long)
• tow 6082 ball bearings (22mm outside, 8mm inside)

I printed the tries in FLEX (TPU). Print all tires individually to obtain smooth surfaces.
