Custom designed replacement side tables for MFJ-945E antenna tuner. Tuner does not have mounting holes so I made them.
It is snap in replacement for original plastic side plates.
There are two versions if part. One is simpler, uses less material but it is a bit flexible when printed in PETG. Other one is stronger.
You have to insert four M4 hexagonal nuts into plates before mounting. Nuts will sit tightly but you can glue them up if you want.
Mounting holes are for M4 screws 67 mm apart from each other. Screw holes are 40mm apart from front and back edge.
When mounting modified device, pay attention not to use too long screws. There is pretty much space inside but if you use far to long screw it might touch or damage components inside.
PETG is fine, bit flexible but this does not hurt. PLA filament is also good except if device is going to be used outdoors on high temperatures
