Printed with PLA at 0.2mm, 6% cube infill. Exposed gears look beautiful. Moves nicely one you unlock the teeth. I freed them up by putting a screwdriver through the small gear centres and giving them a sturdy wobble. (edited)
Nice print! I have done them in both PLA and PetG. The PetG is tricky to print, but the result is smoother running and more durable.
