@rene79_281552 It works with TAP. Step already there.
@fbeauKmi_520984 interesting… since there are no cut outs for the screws that fixing the tap. But you are the designer, you need to know
It just works.
Now it's time to put to the test the Aliexpress clone with a cloned CHT nozzle

Its not the most beautiful print but it turned out well enough, I’m going to be using it in my Trident and it should do the trick.

Nice design! Thank you! I am just curious how to put bodwen tube into the insert? It seems I cannot insert the tube, i am including a picture to show that I can only hold it with my hand. I am printing without a bodwen for now, but really want to put it on, as sometimes swaping filaments is difficult without it. Thank!

Hi, @goldon_144522 All STLs are oriented. Printed with STL orientation will probably solve your issue. Is your bowden 4mm diameter ? (edited)
@fbeauKmi_520984 yes it's 4mm outer diameter. I did as you suggested and now I could inser the bowden tube! Thank you very much!
How long does the bowden tube need to be? I tried using the one from my dragon and it seems too long?
@shaxs_679505 It depends on your extruder. I own a LGX lite and 32 mm bowden. There is 12 or 14 mm in toolhead holder depending the version you use. A simple way could be to use a cutter jig https://www.printables.com/fr/model/304651-ptfe-cutting-jig-for-stealthburner
@fbeauKmi_520984 That is amazing. Thank you!
@fbeauKmi Finally I received the hotend from Aliexpress. Perfect fit and right lenght, thanks again! Here it is shown with my V6 TC nozzle.

Did you try the aftermarket hotend on Aliexpress? It allows to swap the nozzle, but putting a normal V6 will make it stick out by roughtly 2mm compared to the original one... Is there any chance you could make a version that has the holder 1.8mm shorter to cater for this option? Thanks!
@Controllore_611640I I don't have one and didn't plan to buy it. Do you have cad/drawing/picture showing the difference ? I'll manage to do it if not a big challenge
@fbeauKmi_520984 Hi! The hotend is identical, it's a drop-in replacement of the original but the nozzle can be removed as the heatblock has a standard v6 tapping. The nozzle it comes with is 11mm long, while a standard V6 is 13mm. So, the whole hotend basically would need to sit exactly 2mm higher into the toolhead in order for the tip of a standard V6 nozzle to be at the same spot than the original and have the part cooling blowing just underneath it. In the photo you can see the nozzle of the aftermarket hotend on the right. The reason to use this instead of the original hotend is to be able to put a CHT or Bozzle on it, managing to reach higher flow rate. Thanks!

@Mikhail Hey, sadly I designed for original Bambulab hotend screws and square M3 nuts (see details). The mount of MrTelip could be more suitable for you.
@fbeauKmi_520984 Didn't catch that, I'll try with them and see, probably will work better!
Works nicely on my voron, toolhead easy to print, I miss some clearance on the nut side but mines are not din, feedback send to the maker and new version already planned, d thanks

@Jalpha_499986 Thanks for the feedback :-), I made the changes see the details.
