These hooks are based on the metal “10-HM-002” hooks but have been optimized for FDM printing. They use a removeable/replaceable tab that slides into the back of the main “hook” to evenly distribute the load when something is placed on the hook. The tab and the hook lay flat to the print bed for super simple printing and maximum strength once assembled. There is a 1.5" and a 3" hook option included.
I recommend a 0.6mm or larger nozzle to maximize strength of the hooks, but a 0.4mm will work just fine too. Use any material you've got! I used HTPLA (super brittle stuff) cause that's what was handy at the time and have been able to reliably hang some hefty powertools from these hooks for a few years now.
