nothing fits, nothing fits together, you need to refine these parts in huge quantities with a file, I threw out this case, I do not recommend it.

Great model, more fan mounting options would be nice.

Case for Orange Pi 5B.

The removable bottom felt like a waste for me. I appreciated the snap in fitting nature of the case but due to issues with my setup I saw a bit of warping so I had to do some post processing to make things fit better - things like sand the corners on the bottom tab and use the heat gun to soften the sides and get it to fit together better.

Great case with lots of ventilation

Easily the BEST Orange Pi 5 case out there.

Nice design, but I think some things could still be improved. I printed the V3, short & with SSD version. I had to scale down the SSD lid a bit (98% in X direction), otherwise it wouldn't fit into its slot (actually, I broke the first print because of that, see attached photo). The small version can't fit a short copper heatsink & a 4010 fan, as it creates slight bulge on top of the case - it would probably work fine, but I'm not risking additional stresses which might break the case after some time & heat exposure. The case locking screw slots are small, but to my surprise the fit the screws quite fine... which unfortunatelly can't be said about fan screw slots, which turned out too small and had to be slightly drilled to make them work. Also, the locking screws are not aligned with the case (they slightly stick out of the case's boundaries), which might be bad for people with tight spots for the case. The overall fit is quite tight, but I guess because of that the snapping mechanism is quite robust, making the locking screws an addition, rather than necessity. For locking the case down (small variant), looks like M3x12 screws are just enough. I'll probably try the tall version to try to fit the fan inside rather than outside. Printed with PETG, DevilDesign Black, 0.2mm layer height, 20% gyroid infill and organic supports added on the SSD lid slot bridge (otherwise it would sag).

@mdzi all good points. Printer needs to be turned for this print, if scaling down worked for u, great! But your extrusion factor might have to be set to .9 for this fillament? There is fusion 360 file attached, there are user variables which u can update to increase case hight, but 4010 fan is tight. I designed it around 7mm fan, but it's easy to adjust. I think there is also a variable for holes. I like them small as I use thread die to make m3 thread.

Awesome case man! Does it have enough room internally to support the Orange Pi 5 heatsinks you see on Amazon like the one I attached below? And if not, are you able to tweak the design to accommodate one? Thanks! (edited)

@GoeiP91_843834 Were you able to fit it in a case? If so which case parts?

@bkd0255_933702 No I haven't ordered an Orange Pi 5 yet. I was getting ready to and then they came out with an Orange Pi 5+. So now I'm leaning towards that.
