5" PSA sandpaper holder

3 bay wall mounted holder for 5" abrasive discs. This will comfortably hold about 20-30 discs per bay, depending on the grit. The one in the picture is the bearcat version. There are three iterations. One bearcat with supports, one without supports and one plain old box. If you would rather think of them as a cat and dog, that's fine, but it's a bear and a cat.

The mounting plate was designed with generic bugle head screws in mind. The holes will fit most brands that are commonly available at your local hardware store.

Printing tips

3-4 perimeters for the box and mount. Infill is not as important, but I would go about 50% or slightly higher. Most of the box will be printed as pure perimeters anyway, but the back portion that houses the “invisible” mount should have some strength to it.

Filament doesn't really matter. Use PETG if it will be exposed to sunlight regularly.

I print with a .4mm nozzle, .20mm first layer and .25mm layer height with PETG.
