The orientation of the parts should be as pictured in the grey image.
This is a remix from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2869254.
I added a housing to hold a switch that attaches to the socket.
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08MZQ5L76
The Light socket and switch slides into the fan attachment part. (Friction fit)
This is intended for flat 194/168 LED bulbs (Due to the Light Shield).
Will need a buck converter to reduce 24V to 12V. Though, the LED I bought does mention 24V but did not test this.
The light I used is here https://www.amazon.com/dp/B099N736G6
(Doesn't quite fit all the way down the slot FYI)
I have not found any flat LED bulbs with only one side or seen any mention of peak operating temperature. This light (Linked) does run hot enough to soften PLA. I just use the switch to turn if off when not needed to keep the LED temperature down. I would advise you use a higher temperature material or find a cooler light.
I printed the parts with 100% infill. The light is VERY bright which is why the light shield is present.
I do recommend you print this at a .18 mm layer height. This allows for a slight friction fit with no sanding. (Have not tried thicker layer heights)
I ran the wires into the two holes on the bottom and soldered them to the light.
There is an non solder option to the light holder. (Bending the wires to fit in the wire slots)
I have included two Fan attachment parts. One with the large holes for the standard fan shroud screws. And another with much smaller holes.
I also Include two sizes for Switch housings. (Tall and Short)
