E-Bike Tail Light Mount PDW Kepler to Surly

This part lets you mount the Kepler e-bike light from Pacific Design Works to the mounting boss on a Surly Rear Rack.

The light does come with a universal mounting clamp for various tube diameters, but because of the placement of that boss on the rack, the clamp can't be installed exactly centered and it looks off.

This part will position the light exactly in the center of the rack.

You'll additionally need these parts:

• #10 pan head screw for attaching the part to the mounting boss on the rack. Most lengths should work to attach the one end of the part to the boss. If you use a 1 ¼" length screw, it comes out the other side of the part and you can additionally add a #10 nut.
• #8 pan head screw and square nut for mounting the light to the part. Some options: https://www.mcmaster.com/94785a009/ or https://www.mcmaster.com/94855A216/. The nut needs to be 1/8" thick with a side length of 11/32".
