The FDM printer must be able to “Pause at height” and have a magnetic built surface or magnetic spring steel PEI sheet.

Print half of the hexagonal tablet then place the Tulle over the printed parts. Hold down the Tulle with the Magnetic Hold-down strips (14 6x3mm neodyminium N35 or better required).

The tolerance is a tight fit for the magnet, so a pair of channel locks makes assembly easier.

Make sure the Tulle is as flat as possible as you don't want the nozzle catching on it and dragging it around while trying to finish the print.

Tulle can withstand PLA temperatures but I have not tested to see if PETG or other filaments can be used.
