When assembling in to the bottom I put some of my failed castings, some rusty washers and nuts for he weight, and sealed with the lid (maybie sand would better). After that simply glue together, I used a gluegun for that.

I printed the modell from Eryone Light Wood PLA. In the time when I printed the modell my sprinter was shightly broken (fixed like a redneck), and that time I still waited for the new parts, so in the .gcode I had to slow down everything for the less shakeing and stringing. 

10% infil is far enought for the print.
