No supports required. Printed keys upside down.

key_v2 and body_v2 have 2mm hinge holes so that you can use 1.75 mm filament as the hinge. I used a 3mm wooden dowel (actually a bamboo skewer) as the hinge for key_v3 and body_v3 so the models have 3.3 mm hinge holes. The filament hinge is a little more flexible than I liked.

The key switches are supposed to be friction fit in the body, but the tolerance might need to be adjusted for your printer. Otherwise some hot glue would also work if they are too loose.

Display bracket is for mounting 7-segment display to 32x8 led matrix display.

Non 3D-Printed Components

  1. Kailh Mechanical Key Switches (x4 switches)
  2. 32x8 LED Matrix Display Module
  3. 0.56" 4-Digit 7-Segment Display
  4. Arduino Micro
  5. M2 screws and nuts
